It’s a cold crisp day in Queenstown. Peek Exhibition builders and sign team started yesterday building 25 custom designed stands for our customers from the Tourism Industry at Trenz 2012, in the Queenstown Events centre. TIA and sponsors bring buyers of travel and tourism products from abroad to Quenstown for this 3 day event that Peek have been associated with for over 20 years

Exhibition and point of sale design awards 2012
Peek Exhibition won Gold for its design and build of the Toblerone display kiosk at Auckland International airport for Kraft Foods marketing team in Hong Kong and JR Duty Free Auckland. The exhibition and events firm also won Silver for both exhibition stands designed for Smith & Nephew and Zimmer at the NZOA conference in Rotorua October 2011. Peek Exhibition delivers !
This next week Peek Exhibition are building Convene 2012 in Auckland and then Trenz Queenstown to build around 30 custom trade displays,back to Wellington to set up Food Show Wellington and on it goes. So much going on, we needed a new truck. Getting loaded with trade displays and hire furniture today, the team are taking bets on who will be first to sratch it !

Peek prepare display stands at Volvo stopover
DHL were one of the sponsors stands the Peek Exhibition team were asked to design and build in readiness for the Volvo Ocean race boats and crews to arrive in Auckland. Set up on the ground floor of the Viaduct Events Centre on Aucklands waterfront in preparation for the boats arrival and the thousands of visitors expected, DHL really stands out with its strong brand colours. Tomorrow we will upload the work we have done for Camper also

The team at Peek Exhibition were busy with setting up display shell scheme, signage and custom design and build stands at the Viaduct Events Centre this week for the annual New Zealand Institute of Architects Conference and display organised by Forum Point 2. Peek Exhibition’s Tony Peek collects prestigeous industry award
Tony Peek, Managing Director of national Exhibition, Signage and Trade Display firm Peek Exhibition, was recognised with a prestigeous industry award from peers this morning in Wellington.
At the Conventions & Incentives New Zealand ( CINZ) 35th Annual conference and AGM, Tony was acknowledged and awarded with the CINZ Annual Outstanding Contributors Award.
This first item of business on todays programme was awarded against the following criteria
- Outstanding contributions over a sustained period of time
- Establishment of positive precedent setting with outcomes resulting in growth and a more secure future for the Convention and Incentive Travel industry in New Zealand
Tony, who is semi retired but still takes an active interest in the business and particularly the travel, convention and meetings industries he has been involved with for several decades, was on hand to accept the award and acknowledge the team effort of his staff at Peek Exhibition as being key to his winning the award. Tony will also recieve and enjoy a case of terrific Hunters wines as part of his award and to help celebrate his win.

Peek Exhibition team building up PAICE Expo today
Peek Exhibition Operations team are busy today building up this year’s PAICE Expo (The Pacific Area Incentives & Conferences Expo) at Sky City Convention Centre for the organiser, Promag. Paice enables New Zealand based incentive and conference organisers to research and source products and services from a wide selection of offshore suppliers under one roof, on one day.
PAICE 2011 will be held on November 9 at SKYCITY
